This year we will organize our very first origin trip just prior to the course from Dec 8-12, 2015, with visits to 2 plantations in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We will pick coffee, understand their processing; and taste some of the very original local coffee at the farms. ** Priorities will be given to Q students after the trip as seats are very limited **
Following the origin trip we will head back to our lab in Guangzhou. This will be our Q Grader Combo Training and Exam led by Mr. Mane Alves, who has been in the industry for 20+ years. Mr. Mane Alves is also teacher of the many experienced Q graders and instructors. This course is scheduled from Dec 13-18, 2015 at our CREMA COFFEE Lab in Guangzhou, China.
