Learning CQI Flavor Standards

This class is designed to introduce the CQI Flavor standards. It accomplishes this by

Providing a basic understanding of how the senses of taste and smell function
Introducing and practicing recalling 7 Flavor Standards generally considered to be Positive Attributes
Introducing and practicing recalling 7 Flavor Standards generally considered to be Off-Flavors
Conducting a practice test that is the same format as the flavor calibration.

The attendee will learn how to prepare and recognize CQI Flavor Standards.
