CQI Q Grader Combo Training & Exam Nov 7-12, 2016 Guangzhou, China

At the backbone of the Q Grading System are Licensed Q Graders, professional cuppers accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute. These Q Graders must pass a rigorous three-day exam to earn their certification, comprising 20 sections on coffee related subjects, such as green grading, roast identification, acids in coffee, coffee cupping, sensory skills and sensory triangulation. There are currently over 4,000 Licensed Q Graders worldwide.

Those who pass the Q Grader Certification Course are authorized to use the Q logo and the nomenclature “Licensed Q Grader” as a professional accreditation.

Our next upcoming Q Grader Combo Training and Exam led by Mr. Mane Alves, who has been in the industry for 20+ years, and also teacher of the many experienced Q graders and instructors, is scheduled from November 7-12, 2016 at our SCAA certified lab – CREMA COFFEE Lab in Guangzhou, China.
